Carrier / Plastic Bag Holder 2

I made this basic carrier bag holder with two strips of dotty material I had left over from my other two kitchen projects.  I sewed the lengths of fabric together. Stitched a hem at the bottom and one about 3 inches from the top. Neatened the top edge with bias binding and made a small hanger with some remaining bias and finally stitched the remaining edge holding it all together.  I threaded elastic in the two hems.
